Podcast Player with Bluetooth

I have been using MyPod for over a year now, and really dig it, however it doesn't allow for playing over Bluetooth, which i find myself using more and more. I am looking for a new player that allows this functionality. I mostly use MyPod for playing podiobooks. Does anyone have any suggestions. I would prefer a free player, if possible. Thanks for any help.

It's not free, but I really like Pocket Casts, and they're very responsive to support inquiries.
And it will play over a Bluetooth connection? I didn't see that feature in the description. I don't mind paying for the service, as long as it works the way I want.

I use a Belkin AirCast F4U037tt Bluetooth device in my car to make phone calls and listen to audio over the car stereo and Pocket Casts works fine in that setup (same as Pandora, PowerAmp, etc.), so assuming that's what you mean by "play over a Bluetooth connection" then yes. It also has settings for controlling playback via headphones with built-in buttons, but I don't use it for that so I can't comment on whether there are issues there or not.

I'm actually surprised that any app wouldn't allow playing over bt.

Are you sure it's not a hardware issue?

Yeah, I actually talked to the company behind MyPod and was informed that they were working on a Bluetooth option. Well My Pod has updated, and now plays over Bluetooth. Hooray, and props to the developer for making it happen.

I use BeyondPod. Not sure about BT, but it is a pretty nice, paid, app. Might be worth looking into if you haven't already?
