Snes emulators and more apps freeze

Whenever I pay certain snes games and use apps my phone freezes or the app does. This is always at the sames instances such as: A: I enter a battle in chrono trigger, B: I change location on a weather app, C: zoom in on my browser.

I have more issue with playing roms than anything else. I haven't tweaked my phone or anything, I got it about a week ago.
