SMS Problem...

Does anybody have any idea why my droid is "*"ing out bad words? I'm using the stock messaging app and SMS Popup...thank you

I thought it would only do that on voice-to-text? Is it doing it when you manually type things too?

No way around the voice-to-text doing it. It's a failsafe so it doesn't mistake a word for one that would be inappropriate.

i know handcent doesnt so maybe give that a try. theres no setting (that I know of) that will turn this preference on or off
