What's up Droid forum?
First timer to the forum with a couple of questions that I'm sure have come up before, but I wasn't sure where to look:
1. Can you put contacts into caller groups and assign a unique ringtone to them.
2. Can you assign a unique alert to a specific email or sms address?
The scenario is that at night I don't want to look at every email or text message that comes across my droid. I was hoping to flag certain email addresses, from my boss and critical alerts mainly. Also if there was an emergency, if I had contacts in a user group I could could assign them a specific ring and know to answer it. I know can
individually assign ringtones to contacts but figured it would be easier to group them all together. If there are any apps out that there that do this, I would like to know about them too. Thanks!
