Smart Keyboard Pro stops unexpectedly

is my phone the only one that crashes with smart keyboard pro activated and the hard keys enabled? I don't like firekeys and need autotext but can't seem to start smart keyboard pro with the physical keyboard enabled without stopping unexpectedly

Can somebody download the free version from the marketplace and enable the hard keys and see if it works?
