Small scratch on screen

So I pulled out my Razr HD today and noticed a small deep scratch in the screen. Is there any at home remedies I can do to fix this? I've been reading online about using toothpaste, but I'm afraid it may not work well with the touch screen.

Don't do it.
Live with the scratch or send it into Mot and have it replaced for $100.
I always use a screen protector.
