Small Problem after flashing rom

So right now im on stock rom. And I now realize how slow motoblur is so im considering going back to angelrom but the problem is when I flash a rom everytime I turn my phone on it loads clockwork recovery and I have to hit reboot. Does anybody have any advice as to solving that? It happens even if I don't bootstrap or even give the app superuser access . Its probably the only downside for me using a rom

That's weird, I just noticed that with the Fenom ROM. When I had fission the only time I would enter clockwork is if the battery ran all the way down and my phone shut off, but now everytime I power off it goes to CW on powerup. Not a deal breaker for me tho, prob something with the roms possibly
