Slow, choppy and glitchy Droid. HELP!!!

Yo Droiderz specifically the Bionic types! I need some help or info. So lately my Bionic has been act'n up. It frequently freezes, lags and glitches on program start up, net surfing and even browsing through the menus.

I am rooted and have TiBu installed. I've deleted or freezed all the bloatware and a few other apps. I have SetCpu. Could that be it? My guess is it's the Task Manager.

The weirdest moment is when my Bionic's screen shut off and the entire phone wouldn't respond. I had to take the battery out to reboot and get it working again.

Any guesses??? Thanks in advance to any help, info or suggestions!!!

ditch SetCPU it should not be installed on dual core phones. Should be an instant remedy.
