Slow/baggy issues

I just got my phone the other day. I have a few essential apps like fb, twitter, and stuff like that and it is freezing up and lagging quite a bit. I downloaded autokiller memory optimizer and it helps a little but not much. Any suggestions?

Are you running the latest system version 1.3.380.MB870? If so, I found my phone to be quite laggy after upgrading to it. I did a full wipe via SBF, and installed the update that way instead of OTA. Phone is MUCH more responsive now.
