Slight crackles & pops at full volume ...normal?

Hey guys when i have the volume all the way up when watching a movie or listening to music i can hear subtle crackling and pops. If i turn it down a bar or 2 it will go away. Is this normal for the bionics, or could my speaker be blown?

Sometimes. I'm not an audiophile, but if you turn the vol up on something that is already loud distortion happens.

Go into settings, sound, media audio effects, and adjust the features there for phone speaker.

This will probably help a ton.

This is a relatively common problem with these tiny speakers due to overdriving them (too much volume). I often hear the same pops and crackles on my RAZR . Same as you, I drop the volume 1 or 2 and it's gone.
