SKYPE from the Carribean

Do I need to do anything with SKYPE prior to heading to the Caribbean (St. Kitts and Anguilla specifically) other than loading the account and funding it?

don't know about "funding" it but I know that Skype mobile didn't allow me to call through wifi when I was in Belize.
