Skype and Facebook banned! What's left to use?

Hello,

Video call applications like Skype and Facebook are banned here in the middle east. I would like to know if you know other applications that we can use. We are going to have a formal meeting regarding health issues from different locations! Any suggestions?

Google Duo...I think it is one on one though. Hangouts allows group video chat.
