I just finished installing SipDroid and all the voip settings. Got it up and running. I had some extra questions I couldn't find through searches though.
1 .First of all what audio codecs should I choose for better quality? There a bunch of them, I figured higher kbit= better quailty but not always if the compression is good.
2. Next I wanted to know if I can make the voicemail when someone calls my sipdroid number go to Google voice's voicemail. My Google voice number goes to sipdroid to ring and if I don't pick up goes to Google's voicemail, so I guess I could just only give out that number.
3. I set it up using this guide. It had me use Sip Sorcery. I saw on a few other sites using PBXes. I wasn't sure if the difference is that much to redo this and move to PBXes instead.
