Signal loss

I can be in the same spot online and then lose 3G. I shake my phone and it comes back. I also have to power cycle it 2 or more times a day. anyone else having this issue?

Also when I use the google voice search i also have to shake the phone and then talk into to it.

These have to be the weirdest bugs. its like i have to shake it for it to work.
