Theme Dev "R3Ds" has outdone himself once again with his theme for the Eclipse 1.3 Rom on the Droid RAZR. His new Urban Theme is a complete overhaul! This will make your phone look and feel like a whole new device. Pretty much everything has been themed out here! There is probably to much to list here but I will give it a shot! Some of the themed elements include Themed Framework, System UI, Notification bar, 4g signal, Signal meter, battery icon, clock, wifi, settings, dialer, calendar, mms, sms, keyboard, lockscreen, contacts, apps, appicons, widgets, pull down menu, and much more.
