Should I take GB OTA if am going to well DX2 soon for Bionic?

I keep getting asked update to the GB OTA on my DX2, but I plan to sell mine next week with its extra batteries and docks and stuff so I can justify getting a Bionic. Should I keep it as is or take the upgrade? I know some would rather be a blessed to root the current sweet without having to SBF back, but wouldn't most people on Craigslist be more likely to want the latest sweet on it?

I would take the update. They can always use Super One Click root on it.
