Alarm Ring Tone

I posted about this yesterday (somewhere) and I didn't get a response. Is there anyway to change the ringtone for the alarm. I cut and set one with ringroid but apparently the clock doesn't allow it to be a setting. Am I missing something?

In ringroid I set the alert as the alarm. And didn't we have an alarm app in the old 2.0.1 and why not with Sholes?

When I did a format DATA , SYSTEM, CACHE....

I did not loose any of my pics. The apps I did have to re-download. I only purchased one app and it remembered that I did so I was able to just re-install. I believe it saves all your info to your gmail account?

I got it, all I did was kept the data and when it asked more me to pick which packages I wanted to install all I picked was the milestone browser and nothing else and the phone is running faster than ever at 800 with out any problems.


All I wanted was 800 cpu with 2.0.1 functionality and I got pinch zoom as a bounus.

About the force close issues I was having with the new Launcher. Turns out it wasn't a bug with selected wallpaper but issue with Launcher itself. I installed seePU and when on home screen CPU was redlining. Removed Launcher as default and now back to regular Home. No more force close issues.

I am now having problems with Google Maps and the 2.02 rom. When I install the multi-touch maps (SM Updater), it runs but all other programs that access the maps (like car locator, where, places) f/c. If I go back into SM Updater and use the regular google maps without multitouch, every other map program works but the original google maps force closes. Damn if I do, damn if I don't. Any suggestions????

If you just did it with version 2.0.3, there is an issue with it, I would wait until it is addressed or they revert the updater back to 2.0.2
