Sharing apps with Xoom and phone - newbie!

I couldn't find this but perhaps I didn't search well...

Can I use a purchased app on both my phone and Xoom without having to purchase it twice? Thanks.

Yes. Purchased apps are tied to your google account, not your device. They will always show up in Market > My Apps no matter what device you're on.
