Setting up a wallpaper?

When i select a photo to use as wallpaper how do I use the WHOLE image?
it gives me a box where I can crop but I want to use the whole image and every screen i flip through on the homescreen I dont want it to scroll or get get the edges cutoff on the main screen.

is this even possible?

I'm pretty sure its an OS limitation. Or a philblur limitation.

im actually using CM7, is it still an OS limitation?

I hate that box so much, you cant get the whole picture and sizing the box is NOT user friendly at all. sometimes it zooms in so much and its just wtf

It's not that hard, just drag the upper right corner of the box to the upper right. Use one finger. It's matching the wallpaper to the screens size.

still doesnt allow you to take the whole pic from top to bottom
