setting to turn off vibration when you type

can someone please tell me where the setting is to turn off the vibration every time i type a letter? I'm sure it's something simple, but i don't know what i'm looking for.

yeah. that's what i thought it was, but i have had it unchecked and it still vibrates with each letter i type when sending an email, text, or typing into the browser.

any other suggestions?
