Setting default HOME screen

How do you set a particular screen to be the default home screen, the one that the phone goes to when you push the HOME soft button?

I've tried reaarranging the order of the screens in the edit mode, but it continues to go to the same screen.

On mine, hit home once if your on the home screen, or twice if not to bring up the edit/add panel screen. I only have 3 screens, so the middle one is the default.

Edit: Or not, I just tried adding and rearranging, but the home screen stayed the same everytime.
