Service Unavailable

Is anyone else getting service unavailable in their software updates or is it just me? (when I clearly have service -_-"

I don't get service unavailable right now. But I have before. Now, when I click "check new", it says "checking for new software...", then that window closes. Normally, it says "no new software..." Don't know what it means, hopefully something good! I'm still giving VZW until the 15th to push GB, then I'm rooting. Maybe Iwon't have to, but it sure is looking tempting!

I talked to Verizon tech support last night, he said there was an update coming mid July but it is just a fix for random reboot and 3g to 4g switching issue. He had no clue when gingerbread would be released. HTC support said gingerbread would not be released until late summer. We all know how reliable that information is though.

My update window closes also,talked to VZW rep on the first and was told the ninth was the update.they did compensate me for the dropped calls due to rebooting issue.

Ugh late summer is ridiculous. This phone needs gb for battery life.

Yeah, was trying to get mine back to normal yesterday, so tried the fiancees phone and said service unavailable. Tried mine today and it says the same
