Server error in market

due to a few problems I had to exchange my pro for a new device. I activated, rooted, and backed everything up with titanium. The sync icon will not go off and when I try to enter the market it says server error.

So I wiped and did it all again and this time I told titanium to not restore the market settings. No luck im still getting the error.

Just tried to clear the cache and the dalvik and its still hanging. I Aldo tried toggling sync off using the power control widget and I still see the sync icon in the task bar. Market still returns a server error

Anyone had this issue. It only does it when I view an individual app. Not when in any of the other market screens???
