Sense 3.0 and Notification Bar toggles

I got my Dinc2 and I was just wondering can I get Sense 3.0 on it? Also is there any way to turn on toggles in the notification bar? I saw it in sense 3.0 but i dont know in sense 2.1. Any ideas?

That's not in sense 3.0 its just the gingerbread update for the dinc2 it's got the toggles just not the lock screen, transitions or anything else that's in sense 3.0. We probably will not officially see sense 3 but I'm sure we will get roms though. Search for notification toggle in the market for the time being use the all in one.

knowing my luck if i bought the clip. by the time shipping came around, the root will already be out

Lol I know I thought about it too but its just a little to much cash I can wait plus I have only had this phone a week but I want my titanium backups back I'm not beating plants vs zombies all over again. Hopefully development will spark up like the Dinc 1 did.
