HTC sense 3.0 Rom issues

I have HTC sense 3.0 on my incredible 2 . I can't answer my phone if its locked n someone calls me I can't answer it won't give me a answer option just a end call option.... I tried installing the patch for it but it still dnt work... Any one know how to fix this?????
