Selling a phone?

I've NEVER sold a cell phone before. I recently got a Droid 3 via my in-store protection plan after I broke the screen on my OG Droid 1, (Yes, they couldn't find a Droid 1 or 2 so they gave me the 3!) I only had to pay $40 for the replacement Droid 3.

I was holding out for the Bionic when my OG Droid finally gave out on me forcing me to use the plan to get the Droid 3.

Now, when the Bionic comes out, I want to sell the 3 to help cover the Bionic's $299 price tag.

So, how do I sell my Droid 3?

Let's say I want to put it on E-Bay, Is there anything I have to do to the phone itself outside of taking my SD Card out?

Any help would be nice!

For one, you have to do a factory reset. But you'll also have to buy the bionic first and have version activate it and deactivate the D3
