Self Launching Apps in Task Manager

I notice periodically in the Task Manager there are a couple apps that seem to self launch in the back ground.

I've uninstalled IM plus and Juice Defender as I noticed this after installing those two apps.

I'll see City ID, IM, Maps, Music, Slacker, Skype, vCast navigator and vCast apps.

I don't subscribe to navigator, skype, city ID.. have never used skype or slacker.

I have them all in the auto end list so they will shut down.. but is it common for other apps to cause these to fire off in the background?
Or are they set to just do it on their own?

OK thanks.. wanted to be sure it wasn't some rogue app causing them to load. I know I can't get the vz navigator out of there unless I root the phone, which I'm not prepared to do just yet. :)
