Seidio Customer service is horrible

Purchased a [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]Seidio Innocase Rugged Holster Combo from here and the clip on the back of it broke. Got it back in Oct for my X I contacted Seidio and now I have to send the broken piece back to them then wait 1-2 weeks for the replacement. I have never heard of any company doing this and most will send out the replacement part ASAP but not Seidio. They can keep it, I don't want and will never purchase their product again. Very frustrated with them.
