Ever since they ran a "security" fix on my phone (last night or this morning), I have to manually refresh my inbox to get new messages. I've tried rebooting but no joy. Anyone else having this problem?
I had that problem with the Ally.
I got the security e-mail, and I am assuming it sent me the patch to fix it like it said it was going to (I never personally saw it pop up or install, but I noticed a few of my apps were gone), but the next day my e-mails weren't working, nor my text notifications. I factory restored my device and it worked fine after, but that is not to say it will work as such for you. Your device is better than the Ally by tenfold. If you keep having trouble you might want to contact tech support and see if they have any suggestions.
