Searching Corporate Sync Email

When I attempt to search within my corporate email (e.g., to isolate all messages from a particular sender), it only allows a general google search. The Gmail account, however, allows for such searches. Is there any way to get the search function to work within the corporate sync email?

Searchify, in the Market

Just downloaded Searchify, but it doesn't look like it searches emails. Appears very good for alot of other things though!
