"sdcard" draining but one not in

I have battery issues and noticed that when I look at battery activity it says sdcard has drained 32%. I do not even have an sd card in now. What does that mean?

its either a hardware or software issue, which one i have no idea.
i want to say hardware but i have nothing to back that up. not sure software could make it think there is a sd inserted when its not and drain battery on top of that.
some options you have are, look down in the sd slot and make sure nothing foreign is in there, factory reset (i would be surprised if that fixes it), re-flash the stock software if available (again, possible but doubtful to fix),
or return it for a warranty replacement if its still under warranty.

It could be corrupted cache. Install Clean Master and run it. Poke around the app as it has some abilities that are not up front when you run it.
