SD storage on Jelly Bean

I can't figure out how mp3 downloads get stored. The first I downloaded today went to SD extended files. Now it's downloading to internal storage, which of course, I don't want it to.

Where are you downloading them?

It didn't ask for a place. It's going to Files 1, according to Astro. Then, I move it to Files 2. The phone reflects that I have moved from Internal to External.
