SD card to phone Transfer

I know this is a stupid question but I can't find any threads relating to this...

I want to transfer all my pics and video from my SD card that I had in my Samsung Alias2 to my Droid X

What's the easiest way to do this? I have the Motorola SYN1114B adapter
photo.asp
but my computer won't recognize it.

Any help would be much appreciated ! dancedroid

You're going to have to get the SYN1114B working or get a different adapter.

Have you tried it on a different USB port on your computer?
Have you tried it in a different computer?
Have you went to Disk Management to see if the device is showing up there but it isn't assigning a drive letter for some reason?
Is the card inserted securely in the adapter?
Are you sure the card is okay? Have you taken it to a Walgreens or CVS for example to see if their photo equipment can read the contents of the SD card?

Yep. Done every single one of those suggestions. Even tried to link the phones together by Bluetooth and transfer my media. That won't work either.

Guess I will have to find a different card reader...

So the SD card is okay? You have tried it at something like a CVS to make sure it wasn't the problem?

Yeah it works fine at CVS. I printed some pics from it. It also works fine when I put it back in my Alias2.
