SD card help

I was playing around with my phone and took out the sd card. When I put it back in there were several setting that were not the same. It messed up the time and month, and now handcent isn't showing new text messages that I receive. Is there a way to reset those setting without having to go through each of them and change it manually? Also any ideas on what may be wrong with handcent?

did you reboot after this? sometimes a reboot will reconnect those settings.

I always do a full back up before taking out my sdcard just in case. (Future referance)
I would uninstall and reinstall handcent, my rom is ss4.8 and have tried a few others and some issues with handcent where fixed with the reinstall.

I have tried rebooting and that didn't help. I uninstalled handcent and then rebooted and it wouldn't let me reinstall for some reason. Just keeps telling me that the application market has stopped unexpectedly. Any other ideas?
