Look I just need to know what to do here, nothing they have told me has worked at all, Now Im stuck with s-off and a the rom updated RUU option 1, no superuser permissions, and I was wondering do I have to root the phone again or is it still rooted. in hboot when i click recovery it goes to the red triangle, what is it and how do i get around. I want to keep my phone but it needs to work, hookbill do you have info for me.

try rooting again and then unrooting using the ruu method.
