my Droid X has started acting up...screen display goes blank (even when display time out is set to never), particularly bad in middle of call when i can't see and 'end' button! also needs to have battery pulled before it will power up again when this happens. my news/social feeds had died and Verizon rep reset but now here i am. this does not happen while phone is actively on charger. thanks very much, and i don't know much so please give instructions like i'm a kindergartener!
