Screen Timeout Issue

For the past week I have been having a strange issue with my screen timeout. Every morning at 6:50am my screen timeout stops working. Screen dims but never fully goes dark. Even if the screen is already off it will just light up by itself. I've tried changing my screen timeout settings (currently set to 30 seconds) but nothing works unless I power off the device. I haven't done anything recently out of the norm or even downloaded any new apps so I have no clue what can be causing this issue. Anyone else experience something like this, or even better have a solution?

I am having the same screen time out issue after flashing DL30. Screen goes dim after specified time out period but does not do dark. Any ideas?

Flash back to stock and wait for the ota froyo. Leaks will always have some bugs.
