screen timeout during call

Just got droid and love! Had prob with screen going black during call and after readin g heard that it was controlled by sensor.... my hard cover was hindering the sensor from working! So try taking any cover off and place call! Weird they wouldn't allow cover to work but good to know nothing wrong with my phone! Hope thishelps someone!

you might want to try screebl.it's in the market and controls when the phone times out by tilt and motion...a very useful and battery saving app.
