Screen stuck with ! in a triangle and a little green droid

I had gone into advanced area was wiping battery history and once done I didn't back up the extra screen and rebooted recovery? What do I do to not completely screw this phone up? Or am I beyond the point of no return?

Fixed - hit the"search" key and it went to a blue reboot screen. Dumb.
