Screen on while charging...

Where do I find this function? I seem to always find it when I'm not looking for it. I want my phone screen to stay on while I have it hooked up to its charger...*sigh* Or do I have to have it connected to see this option?

Look in menu/settings/applications/development. Your looking for "stay awake". It doesnt need to be plugged in to get to that option.
