Screen keeps sort of waking....

Hey guys,

(Samsung Galaxy A70)

I have a rather weird issue that ampretty surehappens all day long but I dont notice it until I am watching netflix or prime.

The menu buttons and notification pannel keep appearing forcing both these apps to picture in picture mode.

Is there an app out there that will let me see what causing this such as background processes.
