Screen is shattered what can I do?

Has anyone found any good video how to replace the glass screen? i found the disassembly video, but it stops short of the screen replacement.

I do have a similar problem. But does anyone have any idea which variant of HTC butterfly which my handphone is from Singapore?
I bought a replacement screen from ebay weeks back but the item was 137mm in length where as my handphone was 143mm.
Also noticed on the wrong item, the 3 button logo on bottom was in red color where as my phone was in white color.

Hope someone can enlighten me on my Butterfly type (Droid DNA, J butterfly, Butterfly X920D, Butterfly X920E, etc)
And also if possible some link to that possible correct part for purchase.

Best option is to send it to HTC $220 for professional replacement. I'm in the process of doing this.
