How do i activate it..cant seem to figure out how to do it

I am pretty sure it happens when u click menu and down volume at the same time its a feature from froyo

if ur using superclean he removed it

Here is the link from xda. It is from superclean and it puts the screen capture back on the phone. Just load this with clockwork and then you use the power button and the return button to take screen captures.
