Screen blank during incoming call

Hello, I have the droid 2 global, and sometimes My screen goes blank during an incomming call, which makes me unable to answer calls, nor will it respond. I have to wait for a bit until my screen turns back on again after pressing the power button.

Your best bet is a factory reset. If that is unsuccessful, then I'd take it in.
