Applesauce Polish Restores the Original Finish to Your iPod

I'm glad you posted a link. I seriously would have pulled out the Motts Apple Sauce if i had a scratch... :)

hahahah... I was thinking the same thing

i got a deep scratch in mine the other day. Right on the screen and you can hook it with your fingernail. So fyi the screens do scratch. I am not worried about it since i have insurance with best buy. Its a cellphone and i use the crap out of it.

Yep. Get a protector. Knocked mine off the night stand last nite onto a wood florr. A series of scratches right down the middle of the screen. I can grab all of them with my dinger nail. It really tics me off. Like stated above its a tool and we use the crap out of it but, this is dead smack in the center and I cant do anything without it being a distraction. I have the insurance but i rooted and hacked the crap out of this thing and am feeling to lazy to do it all again! Plus I hear they send you a refurb.

I thought these screens were supposed to be so scratch resistant. I watched the key test video. I was gonna pass on a screen protector but am having second thoughts now.
This definitely isn't the first thread where someone managed to scratch their screen. Every single screen protector thread that I've run across pretty much duplicates the discussion here as well. Gorilla Glass is scratch resistant but it certainly isn't unscratchable.

Post a pic - I don't believe that wood can scratch this.
