I need some help my friend gave me this phone and its stuck in her Google account and she forgot the passwod so I can't change it and the device won't show up in the Google play store and the factory reset won't delete anything can someone please help me

A factory reset WILL delete everything. Maybe I'm mossing something.

I tried formatting hard reseting and factory reset on the phone never finishes it says not responding and stops the reset after a couple of minutes

Are you doing the FDR from the system setting / privacy or securty option or from the stock recovery (while phone is powered off, access the thru a specific button combination)...also, is the phone rooted or modded in anyway?
