Themes are one of the reasons many of us rooted and romd our phones back in the day. OEMs have seen the value of themes and now incorporate them into their stock launchers. Samsung was one of the first to do this. The Samsung store has plenty of free themes, but if you have been eying a paid theme now may be the time to buy one.
