The latest intel regarding the Samsung Galaxy S7 indicates that the upcoming flagship is likely to include the new USB Type-C connector that is starting to proliferate across the tech industry. If so, it could be the first "big name" flagship device to include the new connector.
Of course, we expect next year to be the year that most devices start moving to the new USB standard. There are just too many advantages to the new tech. It would be irresponsible of tech manufacturers to ignore it. We will keep you posted if we find any corroborating evidence of this rumor.
