Samsung Galaxy S5 Concept Gives Glimpse of the Galaxy Device From Our Dreams

There has been plenty of people out there creating concepts with a wish list of features they are hoping to see on Samsung’s 2014 flagship device, the GS5. With Samsung talking about 64-bit Octa processors and an curved 4K displays, it definitely has some people excited for what is coming for the future of mobile.

Posted by O2GuruTV on his YouTube Channel is their idea of what they would like to see from the Galaxy S5. Although it is a concept it looks like an absolutely great device.

The Specs they detailed is as followed:

  • 64-bit Octa-core processor
  • 3GB of RAM
  • 16MP shooter
  • 4,000mAh battery
  • Curved 2K HD 2560 x 1440 display
  • A less-intrusive version of TouchWiz running atop Android 4.4, and other miscellaneous top tier specs

What are you looking for in Next Years Galaxy S5? What is your Vision of the phone? Is the above phone what you are looking for? What would you add or take away?

I carry my phone on my belt so a permanently curved device is NOT what I'm looking for. A flexible device doesn't blow my skirt up either but that battery does though. If they just make a new and improved S4 it will be enough to get my money, lose the flex please.

I don't make enough to afford this phone.
The technology to make a 2K phone, with all that raw power, has got to cost 799.00 outright.

I guess I'll keep my Gnex forever. haha :crying:

I have yet to see what the fascination with a curved device is. Just make the screen flexible enough to resist breaking on a 5-7 foot drop.

My dream phone is a 7 inch Galaxy Note w/S pen and the form factor of the Nexus 7 tablet.

I want to be able to make notes and keep my calendar while on bluetooth.

My needs are simple, yet impossible, a phone that does not drop calls, with a screen that doesn't get scratched before a day is up, and all the bells and whistles for a price that most of us can afford. Sort of like the better mousetrap specs. Still looking for that mousetrap.
