Samsung Galaxy S4 drains the battery after plugging in the charger. When starting, it is at 64% and goes down to 12% within 30 minutes.

Welcome to the forum! Can you tell us how you're attempting to charge your phone - wall charger or connecting it to your PC for a USB charge?

Have you downloaded any new apps since you started to notice this? Do you have a different cable you can try?
You might also try a 10 minute battery pull to see if that clears things up. If not, try downloading GSAM Battery. Let it monitor your battery for a couple of days, you'll be able to see if you've got a rouge app causing a problem or perhaps a wakelock issue. Good luck!
